These terms and conditions apply to all Reiki courses.
- Once your booking has been accepted you are required to pay a $100 deposit from the total exchange.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Registration on the course is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
- Final payment is due no later than one week prior to commencement of the course. Failure to do so will have your attendance cancelled and you will not be able to take the course.
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email two weeks prior to the course date.
- For any reason, you cannot attend the course once payment is made you will be given an alternative date to take the course.
- No refunds will be given once the final payment is made.
- If a rescheduled date cannot be arranged credit towards other workshops or services will be provided to the full amount paid.
- Kathryn Gregory reserves the right to change the terms and conditions including, but not limited to the policies associated with the course.
- Kathryn Gregory reserves the right at any time to change or discontinue without notice of any aspect or feature of the Reiki training course.
- If the course is cancelled by the facilitator full refunds will be issued.
- If for any reason the venue needs to change you will be notified at least a week prior.
- Learning Reiki does not qualify you to diagnose or treat any medical condition. It is an energy balancing technique. Any intuited guidance is given for self-inquiry only.
- You understand that Reiki is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. All Reiki courses DO NOT qualify you to treat any medical condition.
- You must refer any person you see for Reiki to their GP if you have concerns for their health/wellbeing. It is your full responsibility and duty of care to do so as necessary.
- You are voluntarily participating in the Reiki course and you agree to do so at your own risk. You hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that you have now or may have hereafter against Kathryn Gregory and all related facilities and premises for any personal injury or negligence. Additionally, Kathryn Gregory is not in any way responsible for any loss or damage to your personal property.
